How can I contact Katasian?

What size should I order?

We know that it can often be hard to figure out your sizing and so we have created a sizing guide which can be seen below. As you can see  it includes Asian, UK, US and Euro sizes.

What if the item I receive is damaged or faulty?

We work hard to ensure all of our garments are of the highest quality. However if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please email us at info@katasian.com within 24 hours of receipt of product.

How do I process a return or exchange?

We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their Katasian purchases. In the unlikely event that you are not in love with our product we will gladly exchange or refund any regular priced new merchandise within 7 days from the shipping date.

Does Katasian have any physical stores or stockists?

At the moment we don't have any physical stores or stockists. We do however have occasional pop-up stores at markets once in a while. Don't forget to follow us on Facebook to get updated if we're having one near you. In fact keep a watch on all our social channels for product updates.

What payment methods does katasian.com accept?

Payments can be made via your credit/debit card or via your Paypal account. Please note if you do pay via your Paypal account we will not be able to ship your order until funds have cleared. All prices are in US dollars.

Is it safe to purchase online from katasian.com?

Yes. All credit card information is encrypted to be safely transmitted to PayPal. Whether you are using your credit card or PayPal account, you can be assured your payment is secure. We do not store any credit card details nor do we share your personal information with any third party.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Your order will be dispatched within 2-3 business days after it has been placed. Once dispatched, courier shipping companies take responsibility for your package to arrive. You should expect to receive your order within 10-15 business days of dispatch, however certain destinations may take longer. Katasian are unable to accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or delivery company strikes, etc.

Orders to some countries may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. We cannot be responsible for packages that do not reach you within the above timeframes, however, we will endeavour to work with you and postal services to locate and deliver your package from its tracking number as quickly as possible.

How much does delivery cost?

We ship to the below countries at a flat rate of USD $12: Australia, Brunei, Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, India, Japan, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, USA and Vietnam.
